Ready to Work are products dedicated to specific machinery type.

Based on the powerful and flexible CNC Costantino, they include application layer consisting of full PLC logic needed to drive all features fitting standard wiring layouts typical of the specific machinery, a set of working cycle part-program macros, a dedicated HMI, and a CAM on board. An installation checklist, and a rich documentation of use dedicated to operators describing the components integrated and the technological information involved in the machining process, make commissioning fast and precise, and operators productive since the beginning.

Additional customization kits available for most of these products allow System Integrators to personalize the products to specific needs, without too much of efforts.
